CHARACTERISTICS: back is yellow and red; blueish chest, belly and tail, yellow throat and black mask; long tail.
FOOD: bees and other large-sized flying insects.
ECOLOGY AND BEHAVIOUR: terrestrial; flies in flocks, usually emitting a soft song.
