NUTRITION: mycorrhizal species. CHARACTERISTICS: cap (<20cm) hemispherical to flat-convex, olivaceous green, yellowish green or brownish green, with darker radial fibrils; hymenophore (with gills) white, with greenish tones; stipe (5-20x0,8-3cm) cylindrical with a bulbous base, with a zigzag mottling greenish-yellow; ring large, white; volva bag-like, white; smell initially pleasant then old roses; distinguished by color, ornamentations of the stipe and volva shape.
