CHARACTERISTICS: smooth skin; bright green back and white to light-yellow abdomen; brown line from nostril to shoulders, passing through eye and tympanum; adhesive discs on the tip of fingers and toes.
FOOD: ants, beetles, flies, spiders, grasshoppers and other invertebrates.
ECOLOGY AND BEHAVIOUR: arboreal when adult; very dependent on high and constant humidity; eggs laid in temporary ponds or slow flowing streams.
