CHARACTERISTICS:eight eyes in semi-circle; anterior median pair of eyes larger than the remainder; black colour; slender legs.
DEVELOPMENT: direct.
ECOLOGY AND BEHAVIOUR: generalized distribution, common in Southeast Alentejo; ant-specialist predator; builds igloo-like silk refuges close to the anthills.
